Epicor|CRS Announces Expanded
International SY0-101 Capabilities and Support
NEW YORK — NRF 2008 (Booth 1443) — January 14, 2008 — Epicor|CRS, the Retail
Solutions Division of Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC) – a leading provider of
enterprise business software solutions to the midmarket and Global 1000 companies – today
announced new capabilities and expanded support to service its growing base of international
customers.
Widely known for its impressive scalability and adaptability, CRS RetailStore,
Epicor|CRS’s powerful point-of-sale (POS) solution, now offers key capabilities to support the
needs of retailers CISSP doing business internationally. Additionally, Epicor plans to expand its
Bracknell, UK office, and also add a new professional services and support center in Malaysia
to support the requirements of its growing list of international retail customers.
As a result of the company’s acquisition by parent company Epicor Software in late
2005, Epicor|CRS has benefitted from a greatly expanded infrastructure and global presence,
providing a strong platform for expansion into rapidly growing international retail markets such
as Central and Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific.

Epicor|CRS international customers such as Claire’s in the UK, and Wing Tai and Challenger
